Rahmi
Nurhan Çelik was born in 1964 in Zonguldak/Turkey.
He was taken his BSc. in the Department of Geodesy and
Photogrammetry in Istanbul Technical University - ITU.
In 1987 he began to work as a research associate in the
Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry. Thereafter he
has achieved his MSc. degree in 1989 in the Institute
of Science and Technology of ITU. He has taken his PhD
degree in the University of Newcastle/England in 1996.
Prof. Dr. Rahmi Nurhan Çelik
working as an Associated Professor in the Division of
Geodesy in the Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry.
He is mainly lecturing on GPS Techniques, Geodetic Network
Design, Advanced Electrometry, Geodetic Infrastructure
for GIS, Industrial Measurements, C Programming Language
etc.
Rahmi Nurhan Çelik
is one of the founders of the Association for Geospatial
Information in South East Europe – AGISEE and
a member of the Managing Board of AGISEE.
