The mission of AGISEE is as follows:

• AGISEE will serve as a point of contact and effective voice for South-EastEuropean companies and institutions involved in creating, maintaining, providing, using geospatial information;
• AGISEE will promote and foster the development of spatial data infrastructures and the sharing of geospatial information on local, regional, interregional and global scale;
• AGISEE will establish and sustain international contacts and will thus work in the direction of strengthening the mutual collaboration and support between all GI communities;
